What this website is for
This is the Audace Studio website. It exists to show who we are, what we do, how we work and how to start a conversation. Nothing here is a store, a marketplace or a subscription platform.

Using our marks
The Audace Studio name, the Audace Intelligence name, the logotype and associated visual elements are marks of the studio. You may reference them informatively, but you may not alter them, fold them into your own identity, use them in commercial materials, or imply a partnership that does not exist.
Brand usage requests can be sent to hello@audace.studio.
About the content we publish
We publish analyses, studies and material on strategy, product, design, engineering and AI. This content is informational and reflects our perspective at the time of publication.
Nothing on the site constitutes legal, accounting, financial or investment advice, and nothing guarantees a specific outcome. Business decisions should account for your own context and, where needed, specialist counsel.
Limitation of liability
We make a genuine effort to keep content accurate, current and accessible. Even so, the site is provided “as is”, without warranty of absolute accuracy, uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Audace Studio is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or losses arising from decisions based on public site content. Liability relating to contracted projects is governed exclusively by the relevant agreements.
Links to external sites
Some pages point to partner, client, vendor or technical reference sites. We don't control those destinations and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices or availability. Visiting them is at your own risk.
Service availability
The site may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, infrastructure incidents or factors outside our control. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, including interactive tools and Audace Intelligence, at any time, without any obligation to compensate.
Using Audace Intelligence
Audace Intelligence is a public, free and optional assistant. It helps visitors discover solutions, understand services, explore case studies, clear up doubts, request a quote and start projects.
It does not access internal databases, has no access to client information, and cannot disclose confidential data. Do not use it to send sensitive information, credentials, personal documents or material under confidentiality.
Limitations of the AI
- Answers are generated by a language model and may contain errors, omissions or outdated information.
- Scope, timeline or investment estimates are indicative and do not bind Audace Studio.
- The assistant does not sign contracts, close proposals or legally represent the company.
- Any formal commitment is confirmed by a person from the team, in writing.
Treat the conversation as an exploratory first diagnosis, useful for orientation, not sufficient on its own to decide.
Projects shown as portfolio
The case studies shown represent real work, published with permission or presented anonymously where confidentiality applies. Metrics refer to that client's specific context and are not a promise of equivalent results.
Client marks displayed on the site belong to their respective owners and are used solely to identify genuine collaborations.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the site, our services or the law. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with its update date at the top. Continued use after publication means you accept the updated text.
Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, including the Internet Civil Framework (Law 12.965/2014), consumer protection law where applicable, and the LGPD (Law 13.709/2018). The courts of Fortaleza, Ceará, are elected to settle disputes that cannot be resolved amicably.
